Clear your local data.
There is no VegaStream online account to delete. App settings and saved logins are stored on your Fire TV.
Remove a saved login
- Open Settings in VegaStream and choose Switch account.
- On Saved accounts, choose Remove beside the account.
- Choose Confirm remove.
This removes that saved credential entry. It does not delete your streaming subscription or all cached preferences. Logging out alone does not remove saved data.
Clear viewing history or library cache
Open Settings → Advanced options, then choose Clear recently watched or Clear metadata cache. Clearing the metadata cache retains favorites.
Remove all VegaStream data
- Open Fire TV Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications.
- Select VegaStream → Clear data and confirm on your device.
This resets the app and removes its saved logins, favorites, recently watched items, hidden categories, preferences and cached library information. Make sure you have your provider login before resetting.
Prevent a new login from being saved
On the provider connection screen, set Save account: Off before signing in. Existing saved logins must be removed separately.
Provider and support records
Contact your streaming provider to delete its account or records. If you previously emailed VegaStream support, email cambradyhf@gmail.com to request removal of that correspondence where possible. Do not send passwords.
